Wednesday, November 9, 2016 | Football
Florida fans are invited to The Swamp on Saturday, Nov. 19, for a Florida-LSU watch party on the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium video boards, athletic director Scott Stricklin announced on Wednesday.
In light of the schedule change due to Hurricane Matthew, the Gators normally scheduled home game on Nov. 19 was replaced by a trip to Baton Rouge. Fans who can't make it to LSU for the game are now invited to enjoy game day in The Swamp.
Admission is free. Gates will open at noon (kickoff at 1 p.m. on SEC Network). Full details are below.
In addition to watching the game on the video boards, fans can enjoy food trucks, live music, activities at Alligator Alley prior to the game and visit the Kornblau Foyer to see the Gators trophies. Members of the Pride of the Sunshine Marching Band and UF Spirit Squads will be on hand as well.
Fans wishing to attend are able to RSVP online here: FloridaGators.com/FloridaLSU
The first 150 season ticket holders to register at the above link will be invited to run out of the tunnel prior to kickoff.
