Trio of Gators Named All-Americans

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- A trio of Gators collected All-America honors this week, as freshmen Sam Horsfield and Gordon Neale and sophomore Alejandro Tosti were recognized on the PING and Golfweek All-America lists.
Horsfield, previously tabbed a PING First-Team All-American, was selected a First-Team All-American by Golfweek as well. Other postseason accolades he's garnered include the Phil Mickelson Outstanding Freshman Award and the SEC Freshman of the Year prize, in addition to earning spots on the All-Nicklaus Team, GCAA All-Freshman Team, PING All-Southeast Region Team, First Team All-SEC and SEC All-Freshman Team.
The Golf Coaches Association of American (GCAA) announced Neale as a PING Honorable Mention All-American, while Golfweek named him a Third-Team All-American. Already a member of the PING All-Southeast Region Team, Tosti was included on Golfweek's Honorable Mention All-America Team.
