Taylor Tomlinson Named 2016 All-American Scholar

Gainesville, Fla. – University of Florida sophomore Taylor Tomlinson was named an Academic All-American by the Women's Golf Coaches Association on Tuesday.
A total of 828 golfers were recognized by the WGCA for this prestigious honor. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.
2015-16 marks the second consecutive season that Tomlinson has been named an All-American Scholar by the WGCA. Last week, Tomlinson was also named to the Southeastern Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll.
