Active Ankle Challenge: Parking & Online Ticket Manager

The Gators host FAMU, Jacksonville and Marshall for the 2016 Active Ankle Challenge this weekend! Details on parking, donating tickets and MORE!
The 2016 home volleyball season is just around the corner. The No. 7 Gators open at home in Gainesville for the first time this season Friday and Saturday Sept. 16-17 with the Active Ankle Challenge, featuring Florida, FAMU, Jacksonville and Marshall in the Lemerand Center.
 
As a reminder, ALL home matches this season will be in the Lemerand Athletic Center while the O'Connell Center undergoes $64.5 million renovation, set to be complete December of 2016.
 
2016 ACTIVE ANKLE SCHEDULE
Friday, September 16
10:00am              Marshall vs. Jacksonville
12:00pm              Florida vs. FAMU
 
5:30pm                FAMU vs. Marshall
7:30pm                Florida vs. Jacksonville
 
Saturday, September 17
2:00pm                Jacksonville vs. FAMU
4:00pm                Florida vs. Marshall
 
PARKING
The Stephen C. O'Connell Center garage will be lifted for fans attending the 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Active Ankle Challenge matches on Sept. 16. Parking is lifted on campus after 3:30 p.m. for those attending the two evening-session matches.
 
Volleyball fans attending Saturday's matches should use FREE parking shuttles from Garage IX on the corner of Gale Lemerand Drive and Archer Road from 1:30-4:30.
 
For normal Friday evening, Sunday afternoon home matches, parking is lifted throughout campus and fans can use any option available.

2016 FLORIDA VOLLEYBALL TICKETS ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT!
  • Gator volleyball season ticket holders unable to attend individual home matches this season have two options to share those tickets with fans who did not purchase season tickets: forward to a friend online or donate to a ticket list for walk-ups to claim.
 
PRINTING, FORWARDING & DONATING TICKETS
Can I print my tickets at home? (Note: For home matches only)
You are able to print your volleyball season tickets at home by logging into your account. You may also print your single match volleyball tickets.
 
Can I send my tickets to someone else to use?
You are able to forward tickets from your online account to another customer's online FloridaGators.com account. NOTE: The recipient must have an account created with an active email address to accept forwarded tickets. To forward your tickets to another fan, visit here:
 
Can I donate my tickets?
You are able to donate tickets from your online account so that we can offer them to one of our local charity partners.

TO MANAGE YOUR TICKETS ONLINE:
Where do I go to manage my tickets online and access my account?
Follow the link for "Manage My Account" (found on the main ticket page at FloridaGators.com/tickets) then enter User ID or email and your password.
 
How do I set up my Gators online account so that I may purchase tickets online or view my account history?
**Current season ticket holders already have an account created**
Only fans who have never ordered from the University Athletic Association need to create a new account. If you have purchased season or single event tickets in the past you already have an account set up. If a fan has more than one active account sharing one email address then there may be problems accessing the proper account. If you do not know how to log into your account, please call the Gator Ticket Office at 352.375.4683 ext. 6800.
 
Will I be able to update my account information online?
Yes, customers can change their address by going to FloridaGators.com/tickets, clicking "Manage My Account: Boosters" and logging in.  Once you have logged in click edit my profile and you can update your information.
 
What will happen if I forget my password for my online account?
You will click on the "Forgot Your Password" link and the password will be emailed directly to you. Also, you may call the Gator Ticket Office directly at (352) 375-4683, ext. 6800, to help you access your account.
