Teez Tabor and Quincy Wilson continue to be consensus first-round picks.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Following the East-West Shrine Game and the Senior Bowl, pundits have made their second projections for the upcoming NFL Draft. The next major event that will sway the mock drafts is the annual NFL Combine. Check FloridaGators.com for updates on which Gators are invited and how they are performing during that week (Feb. 28 – March 2).
In the common draft era (1967), Florida has had more first round picks, 46, than any other school in the Southeastern Conference. Alabama is second with 42.
Cornerbacks Teez Tabor and Quincy Wilson seem to be consensus first round picks, while linebacker Jarrad Davis and defensive tackle Caleb Brantley appear in five and four mocks, respectively.
In addition, linebacker Alex Anzalone, safety Marcus Maye, left tackle David Sharpe and defensive linemen Bryan Cox Jr. and Joey Ivie are all expected to be mid-to-late round selections.

If the Gators do in fact have three first round selections, it would be the first time since 2010 that three Florida players were taken in the opening round (2010: Joe Haden No. 7 to Cleveland, Maurkice Pouncey No. 18 to Pittsburgh, Tim Tebow No. 25 to Denver). If Tabor and Wilson were selected on the first day of the draft, it would be the second time in school history that UF had a pair of defensive backs selected in the first round. The first was in 2016, when Vernon Hargreaves III and Keanu Neal were both selected in the first round.
Florida has never had four players selected in the first round of the NFL Draft.
Also, if nine Gators were selected in the 2017 NFL Draft, it mark the first time since 2010 that UF had that many players selected, which ties for the second most in program history.
UF had 10 players picked in 1978.

Here is a look at how all four players are projected among 12 mock drafts from various media outlets:
