ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Record totals. Record marks.

Oklahoma claimed its third NCAA title and second consecutive with a championship-record team total of 198.3875. Following the Sooners were three Southeastern Conference schools. LSU equaled its 2016 finish of second at 197.7375, followed by Florida (197.70). UCLA (197.2625), Utah (196.5875) and Alabama (196.00) rounded out the NCAA Super Six team results.
Florida's team total of 197.70 is the program's fourth highest among its 15 NCAA Super Six appearances.
Three perfect marks were posted by three different gymnasts Saturday, including an uneven bars 10.0 by Gator junior Alex McMurtry. The first 10.0s ever in the NCAA Super Six competition were turned in Saturday by UCLA's Peng-Peng Lee and Oklahoma's Maggie Nichols.
The Gators in Saturday's Super Six Competition:
The Gators were solid on each event Saturday. For the second consecutive season, Florida opened NCAA Super Six competition on balance beam. The Gators' team total of 49.30 equals UF's third-highest on the event in NCAA Super Six competition. McMurtry led the Gators with a 9.9125.
Florida came off of bye to floor exercise where they turned the day's second-highest total of 49.50. Three Gators turned in marks of 9.925 or better on the event – Kennedy Baker (9.925), Alicia Boren (9.95) and McMurtry (9.95). Boren and McMurtry were among a four-way tie for first on floor in Saturday's competition.
On vault, the Gators turned in a 49.3625, again the second-highest total on the event of the evening. McMurtry's 9.9375 was third among the Super Six vaulters.
Florida finished the meet on uneven bars with a 49.5375 – the second-highest bars total for meet and for the Gators this season. It also ranks as the program's second-highest in Super Six competition.
McMurtry's 10.0 on uneven bars is the first by a Gator in NCAA Championships' competition. The last to earn a 10.0 in NCAA Super Six competition was Utah's Georgia Dabritz in 2015. Two Gator freshmen also turned in 9.9 bar marks – Amelia Hundley and Rachel Gowey.
Two of the top three all-around totals in NCAA Super Six history were turned in Saturday. The leading total continues to be the 39.90 by Georgia's Courtney Kupets in 2009. Oklahoma's Maggie Nichols won tonight's all-around with the second-highest total (39.8625). McMurtry's 39.80 now shares third in NCAA Super Six history and is the highest ever by a Gator in the team final.

A 10.0 for McMurtry
Alex McMurtry is now the second Gator to earn a 10.0 in NCAA Championships' competition and the first to earn the mark on bars. Susan Hines scored vault 10.0s in 1998 NCAA semifinal and Super Six competition.
McMurtry, the 2017 NCAA all-around champion, shared the 2017 NCAA uneven bars title that was awarded in Friday's NCAA semifinal competition.
It was her fourth 10.0 on bars – two in 2016 and two in 2017. It was the seventh 10.0 of her career (4 bars, 2 vault, 1 floor). She is second all-time among the Gators with 10.0 marks, trailing the eight by Gator Great Bridget Sloan.
