GAINESVILLE, Fla.--The Florida baseball team hits the road this weekend, taking on Georgia in a three-game series in Athens at Foley Field.

The series opener is Friday at 7 p.m. All three games this weekend will stream live on SEC Network+ via the WatchESPN app.

Florida leads the all-time series over Georgia 182-104-2, including an 81-51-1 mark in Athens against the Bulldogs. Head coach Kevin O'Sullivan is 8-1 in nine regular-season series against UGA with a 21-8 overall record vs. Georgia.

• Florida's bullpen has come together nicely, posting a 2.06 earned run average over the last 15 games in 48.0 total innings. In the first 25 games, the bullpen had a 4.81 ERA.
• Junior Alex Faedo picked up his 25th career win with 8.2 shutout innings and just three hits allowed against South Carolina in a 1-0 Florida victory. He is 25-5 (.833) in his career.
• Junior JJ Schwarz hit the second grand slam of his career last Saturday, propelling the Gators to a 7-5 win over South Carolina to win the series. He leads the team with 30 RBI this season.
• Sophomore Michael Byrne (2.18 ERA) has eight saves on the year, second-most in the SEC.
