TEMPE, Ariz. – The University of Florida men's tennis team will begin the 2018 dual match season ranked ninth in the Oracle/Intercollegiate Tennis Association preseason rankings, as announced Wednesday. This is the Gators highest preseason ranking since opening the 2012 season ranked eighth.

Joining the Gators in the rankings are Georgia (No. 4), Texas A&M (No. 7), Mississippi State (No. 14) and South Carolina (No. 20). The SEC has the second most schools ranked, trailing only the Big 12 who has six.
