Gators Release Depth Chart for South Carolina Game

Florida’s depth chart remains unchanged following last weekend’s contest against Missouri.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Gators released their depth chart on Monday for their penultimate home game of the season, as Florida hosts South Carolina this Saturday at 12 p.m. inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Even with back-to-back losses, Dan Mullen is still leading an impressive turnaround season, and one of the most impressive campaigns among head coaches in their first year with an FBS program.
Florida, No. 13 Syracuse, and No. 25 Cincinnati are the only teams in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll that
won less than six games last season. In addition, Mullen, Josh Heupel (No. 11 UCF), and Joe Moorhead (No.
18 Mississippi State State) are the only first-year coaches with top-25 teams in the AP poll.
Of the 21 first-year FBS head coaches, Mullen is the only one to defeat at top-five CFP team, and he is the only one to beat multiple teams in the initial CFP rankings.
From a roster standpoint, there are no changes to Florida's depth chart this week. Junior defensive back Chauncey Gardner-Johnson sustained an injury in last Saturday's game against Missouri but Mullen said at his weekly press conference on Monday that he and all others who are "banged up" will be available this weekend.
Feleipe Franks remains listed as Florida's starting quarterback, but Mullen said on Monday that he, Kyle Trask and Emory Jones may all play this weekend. UF's head coach explained that how they perform in practice this week will determined the reps on Saturday.
