
Sophomore Oliver Crawford has been named to the Team USA roster for Master'U tournament featuring top collegiate players from around the world.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Oliver Crawford has been selected to represent Team USA in the 13th annual Master'U Tournament in Grenoble, France, Nov. 29-Dec. 2.
The United States squad won the Master'U BNP Paribas from 2011 to 2016 and took second in 2017.
The tournament will showcase the top American collegians against seven other countries' teams composed of college and university players from around the world.
Crawford will join Brandon Holt of USC and Emil Reinberg of Georgia on the men's roster for Team USA. On the women's side, Pepperdine's Ashley Lahey, Jada Hart of UCLA, Duke's Maria Mateas will round out the squad of six.
"It is an honor to play for Team USA," Crawford said.
With his invitation, Crawford becomes just the third Florida athlete to be selected for this tournament. It will mark the second consecutive year that the Gators have been represented however, as senior Alfredo Perez played last year. Sekou Bangoura was selected in 2010 and helped Team USA earn a second-place finish.
Boise State men's coach Greg Patton and University of California, Berkeley women's coach Amanda Augustus will travel with and coach the team, which will compete against opposition from Belgium, China, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland and Italy.
The teams will compete in a best-of-seven format consisting of two men's and two women's singles matches, one men's and one women's doubles match, and one mixed doubles match. Complete results from all three days can be found by visiting the Master'U BNP Paribas website.
