Florida also posted an NCAA-leading time of 3:01.00 in the men's 4x400 relay
Florida's NCAA-leading quartet of junior Kunle Fasasi, sophomore Grant Holloway, and freshmen Chantz Sawyers and Benjamin Lobo Vedel clocked a time of 3:01.00, making them the No. 5-ranked team on the school's All-Time Outdoor Top 10. Holloway (44.6 – unofficial) and Lobo Vedel (44.74) both recorded sub-45-second splits.

Triple jumpers KeAndre Bates—the reigning outdoor national champion—and Yanis David both logged the No. 2-ranked mark in the country. Bates won the men's competition with a hop, skip and jump of 16.14 meters (52 feet, 11.5 inches). David finished second in the women's competition, logging a top mark of 13.57 meters (44 feet, 6.25 inches).
One of the best competitions of the day was the men's high jump, which required an NCAA-leading clearance to win.
Sophomore Clayton Brown took second place with a top clearance of 2.23 meters (7 feet, 2.5 inches)—which ties him for third nationally this year and ties him for fifth on the school's All-Time Outdoor Top 10. Also in the event, redshirt junior Jhonny Victor set an outdoor personal record for a second consecutive week, topping out at 2.16 meters (7 feet, 1 inch). That clearance tied him for seventh nationally and moved him into a tie for 10th on Florida's All-Time Outdoor Top 10.

HEARING OUT (COACH) HOLLOWAY
Head coach Mike Holloway on the Pepsi Florida Relays as a whole…
"It was a great competition. We had a great meet overall. Lot of great performances. Very impressed with the high schoolers, collegians, post-collegiate teams. We had world leaders, national leaders, national high school leaders … this meet has just become one of those competitions where people love to come here and get after it. This year was no different."
Coach Holloway on some of the standout individual performances in his mind…
"There's a lot. Let's start with Amanda [Froeynes] over in Texas [Relays] this week. The No. 3 (heptathlon) scorer in school history. Came back with three guys in the (men's) hammer (throw), especially Anders [Eriksson] and Thomas [Mardal]. The 800 meters guys were unbelievable this weekend. Very proud of KeAndre Bates, Darrielle McQueen.
"Thought the quarter-milers as a whole did a good job this weekend. That's the fastest Kunle [Fasasi] has run in a year and a half. Big PB for Chantz [Sawyers]. Really pleased with Taylor Manson, the freshman, coming in and having over a half a second PB. And then Sharrika Barnett. My first 50-point girl. Really happy about her (being) No. 2 in school history. It just goes on and on. I'm sure I'm missing people, but there were just too many."
Coach Holloway on Senior Day…
"Senior Day is always very emotional for me. Today, like all the other days, we hug each other and talk. Then to see them all together, all the emotion kind of rushes over me because they all kind of have their own special story. That's always special for me. I just hope they got as much out of the program as we want them all to: the experience of being part of a great program but also being a great student so they graduate."
