Of Note:
UF Coach Cameron Newbauer on Emer Nichols:
"We are excited for Emer to join the Florida Women's Basketball family, as she adds much needed depth at the forward position. She has great size and strength, combined with touch around the rim that makes her a known presence on the floor. Her infectious personality and charisma will be a great addition to our program."
Emer Nichols on becoming a Gator:
"The atmosphere at Florida was incredible, I instantly felt at home. The coaches really care about their players on and off the court and that was something very important to me. I could immediately sense they cared about me. They were honest in every conversation we had. The academics and Florida's reputation as a top academic school was also very attractive to me."
