Carter's Corner: Mullen Eyes Summer QB Improvement, more Gators Tidbits

Gators coach Dan Mullen roams the state, plus more news and notes of interest to Florida fans.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Dan Mullen and his coaching staff are on the road.
While Florida's assistants are scouring the state (and beyond) for players, Mullen opened a speaking tour on Monday in Lakeland.
Mullen spoke to the Polk County Gator Club as part of three speaking engagements this week, including a visit to Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday night to speak the Broward County Gator Club and a stop at Marlins Park on Wednesday to speak to the Miami Gator Club.
Mullen was greeted by a large and enthusiastic crowd at the Lake Mirror Center on Monday as he discussed his first few months on the job and what's ahead for the Gators following the conclusion of spring camp recently.
