Spring 2019
  • Returned to the court after having surgery in November
  • Finished the season with a 9-1 singles record
  • Ended his career tied for 10th on the all-time wins list with 94 (tied with Gordon Watson)
  • Recorded 12 doubles wins and moved into sole possession of No. 10 on the all-time career total wins list at UF with 173 (94 in singles, 79 in doubles)
  • Clinched three matches, including the 4-0 sweep of Florida State in the second round of the NCAA Tournament
  • His only loss of the season came in his first match back in February against Florida State at College MatchDay
 
JUNIOR
Spring 2018
  • Posted a 24-15 overall singles record and a doubles record of 25-11
  • Went 8-8 at No. 1 singles and 5-2 at No. 3 singles
  • Earned seven wins over nationally ranked opponents
  • Went 20-9 overall and 11-7 in dual doubles matches with partner Johannes Ingildsen
  • Clinched three match for the Gators
  • Spent the majority of the season ranked No. 1 in singles with Johannes Ingildsen
  • Ended the year ranked No. 14 in singles and No. 2 in doubles
Fall 2017
  • With All-American partner Johannes Ingildsen, the duo won the ITA All-American Championship upsetting the No. 3 seed from North Carolina in the finals
  • Perez and Ingildsen earned the No. 1 seed in the Fall National Championships but lost in the quarterfinals
  • Began the season at the Gator Ranked +1 Tournament and won the doubles event with partner Duarte Vale
  • Went 3-1 in singles at the ITA Fall National Championships
  • Perez and Ingildsen ended the fall as the No. 1 ranked doubles team in the country
  • Perez ended the fall ranked No. 8 in the country in singles
 
SOPHOMORE
Spring 2017
  • Earned first career All-American honors in singles and doubles
  • Compiled a 26-11 overall singles recorded including a 17-7 record at No. 1 Singles
  • Finished No. 10 in the ITA Rankings
  • Ranked No. 2 in the Southeast Region by the ITA
  • Defeated eight ITA ranked opponents in the spring including two in one week to earn SEC Player of the Week honors on Feb. 8
  • Made it to the round of 16 in the NCAA Individual tournament as the No. 6 seed
  • Teamed with Johannes Ingildsen in Doubles earning a record of 22-10 including a 14-6 record at No. 1 doubles
Fall 2016
  • Advanced to the round of 16 in the Bedford Cup in Tampa
  • Won the ITA Regional Doubles Championship with Johannes Ingildsen in Tallahassee against USF
  • Won the ITA Southeast Regional in doubles and won the consolation championship in the National Indoor Intercollegiate Championship
 
FRESHMAN 
Spring 2016
  • Compiled a team best 36 singles wins during the 2016 season, including another team best 20 dual match singles wins
  • First Gator since Nassim Slilam in 2011 to win 20 dual singles matches in one season
  • Tied with Alexandre Lacroix in the 2010-11 season for sixth all-time in the Gator record books with 36 singles victories in a season
  • Clinched one match for the Gators in 2016 on May 14 against the University of North Florida in the NCAA First Round
  • Won two matches in the No.2 position in singles to help Florida win the SEC Tournament Championship against No. 53 Shane Vinsant and No. 35 Wayne Montgomery from Texas A&M and Georgia, respectively
  • Clinched seven doubles point with Chase Perez-Blanco at the No. 3 position, including a thrilling 7-6(2) victory against SMU in the NCAA Round of 16
  • Tied senior Gordon Watson for a team best 12-2 singles record in SEC play
  • Compiled a 13-2 dual match record at No. 3 doubles with Chase Perez-Blanco
  • Florida’s first SEC Freshman of the Year since Carlos Cueto in 2009
Fall 2015
  • Won seven matches to advance from the pre-qualifying rounds to the main draw at the ITA All-American
  • Reached the singles semifinals at the Bedford Cup
  • Won the doubles consolation final at the Bedford Cup with McClain Kessler
