Student 2-Bits Rules

SELECTION PROCESS

All entries correctly submitted on Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #StudentTwoBits, until 5 PM on Monday, September 11, 2017., will be reviewed and evaluated. The winner will be selected by a celebrity panel of judges, including but not limited to Scott Stricklin, Albert, and other University Athletic Association administrators and coaches. The winner will be notified on the week of September 11 as 2017 #StudentTwoBits for the game on September 30, 2017 vs. Vanderbilt. The winner will be announced publicly on game week.

RULES/ELIGIBILITY

All entrants must be current UF students with a valid Gator 1 Card.

All entrants must be at least 18 years of age upon entry.
 
Current University of Florida student-athletes and their family members are not eligible to participate. Prospective student-athletes, their family members, and coaches are not eligible to participate. The University Athletic Association, Inc. employees are not eligible to win.

No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. The UAA reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the published prize becomes unavailable. The sweepstakes shall in all respects be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, including all matters of construction, validity and performance, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. Void outside of Florida and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the prize recipient; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize.

No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to their members, and anyone who enters this sweepstakes through means not permitted by these rules is disqualified.

All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decisions of the UAA, which shall be final and binding. UAA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.

WINNING NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by direct messaging and e-mail by the end of the week of September 11 after being selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release within five (5) days of notification. In the event (i) the Affidavit and Release is not returned within five (5) days; (ii) mail is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address; (iii) a telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries as time permits. Upon forfeiture for any reason, another winner will be selected. If applicable, allow 2-3 days for delivery of prize following completion of the notification process. All entrants, by participation in this sweepstakes, agree on behalf of themselves, their executors, assigns and heirs, to release, hold harmless and indemnify The University Athletic Association, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related or sweepstakes-related activity. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize. Except where prohibited by law, winners must consent to the use of their name, voice, picture, or other likeness in all media without compensation for promotional purposes as determined by The University Athletic Association, Inc.
