Rain Cancels Final Day at W-Tennis SEC FallClassic

Constant rain forced the cancellation of the final day of play at the SEC Coaches Women's Tennis Fall Classic, where UF's Zerene Reyes was declared co-champion of the Flight A singles flight. Reyes was scheduled to play Georgia's Anne Nguyen for the title at the Peachtree City Tennis Center.
Gator freshman Jennifer Magley also was slated to compete on Sunday for the Flight A consolation singles title against LSU's Rocio Fantilli. Neither of the matches will be rescheduled.
This weekend's events marked the end of the fall schedule for collegiate tennis. Florida next returns to the courts in January 2003 for dual match play.
