Playing without the injured Olivier Levant, Florida squeaked out the doubles point, winning it for the eighth time in 10 matches this spring. Hahn and Matt Behrmann were quick 8-2 winners at No. 2 as both the No. 1 and No. 3 matches went to tiebreakers. Hamid Mirzadeh and Chris McDonald pulled through at No. 1, winning their breaker 7-5, to give the Gators the point.

Singles play was knotted at 3-3 after LSU posted wins at No. 1, No. 4 and No. 5 while UF got wins from Magallan at No. 2 and Ross Greenstein at No. 6. Hahn, who would win his fifth match in a row after starting the season 3-10, dropped the first set 6-3 but roared back to defeat Bryan Fisher, 3- 6, 6-4, 6-0 and seal the win for Florida.

Florida returns to action on Friday when the Gators travel to No. 7 Kentucky for a 7:00 pm match.
