Baseball Game to Air Live on Local Cable Systems

The University of Florida baseball game scheduled for this Friday, April 18 at 7 p.m. ET at Georgia will be televised live on local cable systems in the Gainesville area. The game was originally scheduled to air on Sunshine Network but due to a Tampa Bay Lightning playoff game the baseball game will air live on Sunshine Network in South Florida only
In the Gainesville/Ocala area, Cox Cable will offer the Gators against Georgia live on channel 15 and in the Lake City/Ocala area Time Warner will offer the game live on channel 70. A replay of the game will also be televised statewide at 11 p.m. on Sunshine Network.
Satellite viewers who have DirecTV or DISH Network will also be able to see the baseball game live as those two services are making it available on alternate channels. DISH Network will air the game on alternate channel 446 and DirecTV will offer it to their customers on channel 633.
The second game of the series on Saturday will also be televised as the SEC-TV Game of the Week. First pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m. and the game can be seen on Sunshine Network and Fox Sports South.
Florida takes a 26-11-1 overall record and 6-8-1 SEC mark into Athens, Ga. for the three-game series.
