Walsh now joins fellow Gators David Lee and Anthony Roberson into the 1,000-point guild, making this the first time in three seasons that Florida head coach Billy Donovan has had three 1,000-point scorers on the team. The trio also led the team in the game, each nailing shots for Florida's first points on the board. Roberson and Walsh ended the game with 18 points each, the game high, while freshman Joakim Noah had a career day, making 3-of-4 from the floor and 8-of-9 free throws for 14 points. Richard had the game high in boards with eight and added six points, making 2-of-2 on the floor and both free throw chances.
