McCray Selected on Second Day of NFL Draft

Former University of Florida defensive end Bobby McCray was selected on the second day of the 2004 NFL Draft. McCray was selected in the seventh round as the 249th overall pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars.
McCray appeared in 36 games, starting 15 and had 1,293 snaps. He was chosen to the Second-Team All-SEC (Coaches' and AP). He ranked third among UF linemen with 50 tackles and also led the team with 11.5 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks. His sack total tied for the highest among SEC players and finished 10th on Florida's single-season list.
Tight end Ben Troupe, defensive back Keiwan Ratliff, offensive tackle Max Starks and safety Guss Scott were selected on the opening day of the draft.
