WTennis: Magley Wins Consolation SF Match at Riviera All-Am.

University of Florida women's tennis senior Jennifer Magley rallied from a 3-0 deficit, down two breaks in the third set to defeat Pepperdine's Bianca Dulgheru 6-7, 6-2, 6-4 in the semifinals of the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships consolation draw.
Top-ranked Magley, who won the consolation singles title at last year's event, will face UNLV's 24th-ranked Elena Gantcheva in Sunday's final played at the Riviera Tennis Club.
"Jennifer did a great job today," UF associate head coach Dave Balogh said. "Her composure was really the difference in the matches, as was fitness. Jennifer was much fitter and it showed down the stretch."
In action late Saturday, Magley teamed with Gator sophomore Diana Srebrovic in the consolation doubles draw, defeating VCU's fourth-ranked Olga Borisova and Marianna Yuferova 8-4 in the semifinals but losing to USF's Gabrielle Duch and Neyssa Etienne 9-8 (3) in the championship match.
