No. 4 UF Women's Track and Field Host Gator Invitational on Sunday

The Gators return home to the Stephen C. O'Connell Center on Sunday, Feb. 6 beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Gator Invitational is UF's second of three home, indoor meets this season as they welcome schools from all over the country. Teams that are invited include Jacksonville, Central Florida, South Florida, Florida International, North Florida, East Carolina, Florida State, Alabama, Miami, Auburn, and Western Carolina.
The Gators are led into action by reigning Southeastern Conference Field Athlete of the Week Liz Wanless who claimed her fourth shot put title of the season last weekend at the Clemson Invitational with an NCAA automatic qualifying mark of 17.29m/56-08.75.
The meet will be the last home event for Florida before the SEC Championships in Fayetteville, Ark. from Feb. 25-27.
