Miller, Criscione Compete At Stanford Invitational

Sophomore Jeremy Miller (West Palm Beach, Fla.) and freshman Jeremy Criscione (Interlachen, Fla.) initiated competition for the Gators at the Stanford Invitational late Friday evening at Cobb Track and Angell Field.
Miller ran a career-best time of 3:56.07 to finish 25th in the 1,500m, while Criscione made his Gator outdoor debut by taking ninth in his heat of the 5,000m with a time of 14:24.87.
Florida will wrap up competition at the meet on Saturday. Senior Shane Stroup (Highland, Md.) will run in the 1,500m, while senior Daniel Parker (Orlando, Fla.) and sophomores Ryder Leary (Yulee, Fla.) and Enoch Nadler (Keystone Heights, Fla.) will run in the 3,000m steeplechase.
