2005-06 Gator Team Honored at Sept. 9 Football Game

The 2005-06 women's tennis squad will be honored during the first half of the Gator's September 9 home football game against UCF.
Last year's team, led by 2006 Southeastern Conference Coach of the Year Roland Thornqvist, will be recognized for capturing the 2005-06 SEC regular season and Tournament titles.
The SEC regular season crown was UF's 21st in the 27-year history of the league, while the tournament championship was the Gator's fifth consecutive and 15th overall in the 19-years the event has been contested.
