Men's Basketball Opens Exhibition Play Monday; 19th In Both Polls

The University of Florida men's basketball team will open the 2008-09 season ranked 19^th in both the Associated Press and Coaches' polls, the eighth time in the last 10 years the Gators have entered the season ranked.

Florida opens exhibition play on Monday evening against Warner University at 7 p.m. at the O'Connell Center. Tickets are still available by contacting the University Athletic Association Ticket Office at 352-375-4683, x6800.

The Gators return four starters from last year's squad that finished 24-12 and made the semifinals of the postseason NIT.
