Monday, November 3, 2008 | Soccer
University of Florida head coach Becky Burleigh addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.
Coach Burleigh talked about the accomplishment of becoming the first-ever Southeastern Conference to post an 11-0 record in league play.
She then previewed the SEC Tournament, which begins on Wednesday in South Beach, Ala., where the Gators are the No. 1 seed and face No. 8-seed Alabama at 6 p.m. ET.
Coach Burleigh also discussed and fielded questions about playing a team for the second time in a season, on the SEC bracket, on using the experience of winning last year's SEC Tournament and on the possibility of having to play three games in five days if they reach the final.
