Head Coach Amanda Butler Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Amanda Butler addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.
Coach Butler provided her assessment of the team's performances last week, when the Gators extended their win streak to six games that included victories over Savannah State (75-55), Southern Illinois (67-56) and then-No. 21/19 Arizona State (65-60), with the last two contributing toward the Gators' capturing the Junkanoo Jam championship in the Bahamas.
She also discussed and fielded questions about the progression of the freshmen, on the performance of senior Sha Brooks, on the team's play since losing its season-opener, on the expectations after defeating two nationally-ranked teams and on last week's tournament title in the Bahamas.
