Head Coach Tim Walton Addressed the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Tim Walton addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.

Coach Walton provided his assessment of last week's competition, when the Gators (19-0) opened the busy slate with a 5-0 shutout over Hofstra, before playing host to and winning the Aquafina Invitational.

He also discussed and fielded questions about the team's upcoming road trip to the state of California, where the Gators play a total of six games from February 27 to March 2nd. Coach Walton shared his thoughts on the amazing pitching streak junior Stacey Nelson had compiled, on the team's progress since he's been in Gainesville and on Florida's offensive improvements.
