Tuesday, May 6, 2008 | Women's Basketball
Gator fans can surf onto www.CoachAmandaButler.com every Tuesday at 10 a.m. to watch a new video related the program, coaches, players and team.
This week's new video features highlights of rising senior Aneika Henry, who made her Gator debut during the 2007-08 season.
The 6-foot-3 center enrolled at UF in the Fall of 2007 and her mere presence made an immediate impact. Henry was one of five Gators who played in all 33 games during the year, when she earned 24 starting assignments. She contributed 4.6 points and 5.6 rebounds during the season, while swatting a team-high 63 shots, the most blocked shots ever recorded in a year by a Gator junior. Henry's progress during the 2007-08 campaign earned her the "Most Improved Gator" award at Florida's postseason banquet.
