Thursday, August 14, 2008 | Volleyball
A minimum of seven televised matches and all 28 regular-season matches scheduled for broadcast on the Gator Radio Network highlight the 2008 University of Florida volleyball multimedia schedule, the University Athletic Association announced Thursday.
Sun Sports/FSN Florida, Cox Sports, the Gator Radio Network and GatorVision Online will team up to provide the Gators with the nation's most comprehensive coverage of collegiate volleyball.
Since the 2000 season, Florida has had 71 televised matches, 248 contests broadcast by the Gator Radio Network and 39 appearances on GatorVision Online, since the service started in 2004.

Florida will again be one of the nation's most televised volleyball teams in 2008, as the Gators will appear on television a minimum of seven times during the season.

University of Florida graduate Larry Vettel and former Gator All-Southeastern Conference selection Missy Whittemore return to call the action on Sun Sports and FSN Florida broadcasts.
