Head Coach Becky Burleigh Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Becky Burleigh addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.

Coach Burleigh assessed last weekend's opening pair of matches, with Florida tying Colorado, 1-1, and defeating Florida Atlantic, 2-1 in overtime.

She also discussed and fielded questions about the goalkeepers, about the play of senior All-American Ameera Abdullah and about watching the U.S. Olympic Team featuring former Gator great Heather Mitts defeat Brazil in the gold-medal game.
