Two Great Opportunities for Fans to Meet 2008-09 UF W-Basketball Team this Weekend

Gator fans can meet the 2008-09 Florida Women's Basketball Team on Saturday and Sunday this weekend, with an opportunity to have photos made and collect autographs with the entire team and coaching staff beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
On Saturday leading up to the Florida Football home game against Ole Miss, the hoops team will be part of the Alltel Wireless Gator FanFest, which takes place outside of Gate 2 of the O'Connell Center from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Gator Women's Basketball team will be signing autographs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Gator Radio Network will broadcast its pre-game show from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and there will be corporate partner booths, inflatable games, food sampling, the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile and more!
On Sun., Sept. 28, Gainesville and the surrounding community will have another opportunity to gather with the women's basketball team, which plays host the inaugural "Preseason Party in the Park."
The event runs from 1 to 3 p.m. at the City of Gainesville's Westside Park, located at the corner of NW 34th St. and NW 8th Avenue. The Preseason Party in the Park is free and open to the public.

Meeting the team and coaching staff with your chance to get autographs!
Inflatable bouncehouse and slide for kids 12 and under!
Basketball skills clinic for kids 12 and under at 2:15 PM!
Face-painting by members of the Women's College World Series participant Gator Softball team!
Gator cheerleaders and mascots on-site for pictures!
Plus, the first 500 people who purchase a $5 meal coupon will be able to partake in a cookout with hamburgers, hot dogs and more!
2008-09 Season Tickets also will be on sale at the event - at an unbelievable, one-day only discounted rate!
