Head Coach Becky Burleigh Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Becky Burleigh addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.

Coach Burleigh shared her assessment of the team's two home victories against Georgia (2-1, overtime) and Tennessee (5-1) that launched Florida's Southeastern Conference slate.

She also discussed and fielded questions about preparing her young team for their first SEC road games and the environment they will experience at those venues. Coach Burleigh talked about the team's offense, about senior Ameera Abdullah's role as a goal-scorer, about junior Lauren Hyde and on building the family environment that encompasses the program.
