10,280 Watch BCS Championship Game in the O'Connell Center

The spirit that makes the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium's “Swamp” one of the \r\nbest atmospheres in all of college football was evident Thursday evening \r\nin the Stephen C. O'Connell Center. A crowd of 10,280 orange & blue clad \r\nfans watched the Gators face the Oklahoma Sooners in the 2008 BCS \r\nChampionship game. During pregame and halftime, the crowd was entertained \r\nby various contests featuring fans from the stands.
