Gator Growl 2009: Legends of the Swamp

Welcome the top ranked Gators back to the Swamp on Friday at Gator Growl 2009. After the big win against LSU, we owe it to the seniors to make this year's Homecoming celebration bigger and better than ever before. The show's theme is “Legends of the Swamp” to pay tribute to the best senior class in college football history.
Danny Wuerffel, the show's host, said Gator Growl was something that every senior looks forward to. He went on to say, “It was a great honor to be recognized in front of the fans that supported me during my career at the University of Florida.”
In addition to honoring the seniors that won two National Championships and a Heisman Trophy, Gator Growl will feature comedy, music, dance, and student skits. Headline comedian Dana Carvey will perform alongside the band O.A.R. and the dance group the JabbaWockeeZ. The JabbaWockeeZ were recently shown on Dancing with the Stars and have arranged a special performance for Growl.
