The Cross Country teams competed at the FSU Invitational over the weekend and are now gearing up to run in the Pre-NCAA Invitational meet this weekend. Head Coach Todd Morgan lets Larry Vettel know exactly what to expect during this big upcoming race. We'll also show you what the newest Gator sport, Lacrosse, is all about. Then in the Coaches Corner, you'll get a quick lesson on how to do a jump float serve in volleyball with Associate Head Coach Nick Cheronis and senior Elyse Cusack.
