Gator Football vs. South Carolina Game Viewing in the O'Connell Center

Fans are invited to watch the Florida Gator football game versus South Carolina this Saturday at 3:30 PM in the Stephen C. O'Connell Center. The football game viewing is part of a unique doubleheader as the Gator Women's Basketball team opens its regular season in the O'Connell Center when they take on Stetson at 1 PM.
For admittance to the football game viewing, fans must arrive by 2 PM and purchase a ticket to the women's basketball game. It's Dollar Day for women's basketball with all general admission and select concession items only $1 (hot dogs, small soda, small bottled water, and popcorn). The dollar concession special ends at the conclusion of the women's basketball game. However, the concession menu has been expanded for this event and will include the following items being sold at Gate 4:
Pulled Pork Sandwich, Turkey Legs, Pork Nachos, Chicken Tenders Basket, Cheeseburger Deluxe, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, Cheese Fries, and Jambalaya
The football game will be shown on all four (4) GatorVision boards immediately following the women's basketball game. The Gator Cheerleaders, Dazzlers, and pep band will be on-hand to enhance the atmosphere.
Fans can enter beginning at Noon through Gates 1, 2, and 4. Tickets will be sold at Gate 1 or may be purchased in advance by calling the Gator Ticket office at 1-800-34-GATOR ext. 6800, visiting the Gator Ticket office at Gate 1 of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5 PM, or by logging onto the ticket page on GatorZone.com.
The first 1,500 fans at the women's basketball game receive the 2009-2010 Gator Women's Basketball poster along with 2009-2010 Gator Men's & Women's Basketball schedule key tags. All fans in attendance will receive a coupon good for 2-for-1 admission to the Gator Men's Basketball game vs. Stetson on Sunday afternoon.
A shuttle will run from the Commuter Lot on Lemerand Drive to the O'Connell Center. The shuttle will run from Noon until the conclusion of the football game and will drop off/pick-up at Gate 2 of the O'Connell Center.
