Monday, November 23, 2009 | Football
WHAT: Verizon Wireless invites University of Florida and Florida State University fans alike to unite against domestic violence by participating in a wireless phone drive during the November 28th showdown between the rival Gators and the Seminoles. Phones can be dropped off at the Verizon Wireless FanFest starting three hours prior to kickoff and located at Gate 2 of the Stephen C. O'Connell Center.
The phones, batteries and accessories – from any wireless service provider – will then be recycled to fund grants for domestic violence agencies, or refurbished and donated to local shelters such as Peaceful Paths in Gainesville.

WHERE: Verizon Wireless booth at Gator FanFest located at Gate 2 of the Stephen C. O'Connell Center.
