Gator Soccer Team Recognized with NSCAA Team Academic Award

The University of Florida soccer team was recognized as a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Team Academic Award winner for the 2008-09 academic year.
Programs with a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the academic year are recognized as a NSCAA Team Academic Award recipient. A total of 329 women's team from NCAA Division I, II and III were recognized by the NSCAA. Nine Southeastern Conference teams earned the accolade and Florida's GPA of 3.31 is the second-highest among the league programs.
