The University of Florida football team held their annual Pro Scout Day on Wednesday as members of the 2008 National Championship team displayed their skills in front of 53 NFL personnel from 28 different teams.
Graduating seniors Tate Casey, Jamaal Deveaux, Cornelius Ingram, Kestahn Moore, Louis Murphy, James Smith, Phil Trautwein and Jason Watkins participated in the event. Wide receiver Percy Harvin, who declared in January for the 2009 NFL Draft, also took part in the event.
The athletes began in the weight room, where they had measurements taken and did the bench press, vertical jump and broad jump. They moved out to Florida Field to record times in the 40-yard dash and various shuttle runs. Players also worked out in position groups.
