Gator All-American Nicola Willis Among the 47 UF Student-Athletes Receiving Degrees

Gator All-American Nicola Willis, a member of Florida's 2007 Southeastern Conference championship gymnastics team, received her undergraduate degree this weekend. She was among the 47 current and former University of Florida student-athletes that participated in spring commencement ceremonies this weekend.
Willis received her degree in health education and behavior. She earned All-America first team honors in her senior season with her third-place finish in the 2008 NCAA floor exercise final. Willis has signed a contract with Cirque du Soleil and will begin training with the troupe this summer.
Eight members of the UF women's track & field team received degrees this weekend. Gator football saw seven current and former members graduate this weekend. Men's track & field, men's swimming & diving and women's swimming & diving each saw six graduate. Baseball (3), men's golf (2), volleyball (2), soccer (2), softball (2), women's basketball (1) and women's tennis (1) round out UF's graduating student-athletes.
