Saturday, June 20, 2009 | Women's Basketball
University of Florida rising junior Steffi Sorensen (Jacksonville, Fla.) had quite an interesting experience as her 2008-09 season was coming to an end and she wrote about it in her first BLOG entry, which can be read on www.CoachAmandaButler.com. From the main page of the website, click on the “GATOR TALK” icon and enjoy!
Sorensen is the Gators' leading returning scorer and second-leading returning rebounder for the 2009-10 campaign with 9.2 points and 5.2 boards. The sharp-shooting guard led Florida's program record-setting long-range offense, hitting 78-of-199 for a 39.2 percent accuracy mark.
