University of Florida women's basketball head coach Amanda Butler and her staff will host four different summer camps beginning June 11.

2009 Florida Women's Basketball Summer Camps
INDIVIDUAL CAMP...JUNE 15-18
Individual Camp is designed to improve fundamental skills such as defense, shooting and rebounding. Campers will be grouped based on age and skill level. Within these groups, there will be team, league and individual competitions.
Age: 8 years and older
PARENT/CHILD...JUNE 15-17...9 am to 12 pm each day
Parents and child can interact and learn the game of basketball together. A parent/guardian must accompany a child to this camp.
Age: Up to 7 years old
ELITE CAMP...JUNE 11-12
Elite Camp is for high school players who are serious about improving their basketball skills. Intense, position-specific instruction will be provided by experienced coaches and players. Campers will also learn what to expect from the college recruiting process, along with athletic and academic characteristics coaches look for in a prospect.
Age: rising 8th graders and older
TEAM CAMP...JUNE 13-14
Team Camp is designed for high school teams and AAU teams consisting of high school-aged players. Each team is guaranteed 6 games in 2 days. There are 2 divisions of play: Varsity and Junior Varsity. You can then rank your team within each division according to the level of play at which you would like to compete. (1-6 with 6 being the highest). There are no meals or housing provided.
