Friday, September 25, 2009 | Men's Golf
The Mark Bostick Golf Course at the University of Florida is proud to announce new twilight golf rates available to UF Students, UF Faculty and Staff members and UF Alumni, and their guests. The rates will go into effect each evening and will allow valid Gator1 ID cardholders the opportunity to play as many holes as they can play for a $15 green fee and a $10 cart fee (if requested). For twilight start times, contact the Mark Bostick Golf Course at the University of Florida at 352-375-4866.
It was also announced that beginning October 7, the first Wednesday of each month will be UF Faculty and Staff Day. UF Faculty and Staff members who present their valid Gator1 ID card will be able to play one round for $25, cart fees included!
Located less than a mile from campus, the Mark Bostick Golf Course at The University of Florida and the Guy Bostick Clubhouse, home of the Men's and Women's Golf Teams, is situated on 110 acres of heavily tree-lined, softly rolling terrain. The 18-hole, par 70 course plays to a length of 6,700 yards from the Gator tees, but with four sets of tees, is playable from all levels of players.
The course went through a $4 million renovation in 2001, which included: new tees and fairway green surfaces, 140-plus bunkers, triple row irrigation, and a newly designed practice facility for the teams. The course is available for UF students, faculty/staff and alumni. Tee times are available Friday through Sunday. Please call the Monday prior for tee time availability.
