Head Coach Amanda Butler Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Amanda Butler addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.

Coach Butler shared her thoughts regarding last week's play, when the Gators defeated Auburn 71-68 in double-overtime and lost to No. 8 Georgia, 61-52, in Athens on Sunday.

She talked about Thursday's home game that pits Florida against No. 4 Tennessee. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET in the O'Connell Center.

Coach Butler also discussed and fielded questions about playing Tennessee, on the upsets that occurred within the league Sunday, on Tennessee being the "benchmark" program, her thoughts on the Gators through 16 games and on the specific match-up against the Lady Vols.
