The University of Florida's gymnastics freshmen class tops CollegeGymFans.com's list of the top 10 recruiting classes for the 2010 season, the outlet announced.
Florida's freshman class consists of two who were part of their senior national teams – Randy Stageberg (Chesapeake, Va.) and Marissa King (Cambridge, England). Stageberg was a member of the 2008 and 2009 U.S. Senior National teams plus shared the 2006 VISA (U.S.) Championships floor exercise title. King competed for Great Britain in the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2009 World Championships. She is Great Britain's reigning vault champion.
Ashan?e Dickerson (Jacksonville , Fla.) was runner-up on floor exercise at the 2008 Junior Olympic Level 10 Championships. She possesses a high skill level on each apparatus and is expected to compete as an all-arounder in 2010. Liz Green (Coppell, Texas) claimed 2007 and 2008 Junior Olympic all-around titles. Dali Lemezan (St. Petersburg, Fla.) took fifth in 2009 Region 8 Level 10 vault competition.

The Gators' recruiting class will get their first exposure to collegiate competition Friday, Jan. 8 when preseason No. 4 Florida faces No. 9 Oklahoma in Norman, Okla. Meet time is set for 8 p.m. (ET) in the Lloyd Noble Center.
The Gators' home season begins Friday, Jan. 15 when No. 8 Arkansas visits the Stephen C. O'Connell Center. Tickets are $4.00 for adults, while children 17 and under plus UF students with Gator1 cards are admitted free. Meet time is set for 7 p.m.
