Trey Burton has Vanderbilt's full attention after his performance in Georgia game

When a reporter told Trey Burton on Monday that Burton looked faster than normal on his 51-yard touchdown run against Georgia, Burton joked that he had a jet pack wrapped around his ankle.
“There was a huge whole and I just tried not to get caught,'' Burton said. “I'm pretty fast. I'm not slow or else I wouldn't be running the ball. I'm decent speed, but nothing like [Chris] Rainey or [Jeff] Demps.''
Maybe Burton wasn't joking about that jet pack.
“It should be illegal what we ask that kid to do,'' Gators coach Urban Meyer said of the multi-tasking Burton, who leads the Gators with 10 rushing touchdowns.
In UF's 34-31 win over Georgia, Burton had the first 100-yard game of his career, finishing with 110 yards on 17 carries. Burton's performance made him only the third SEC freshman quarterback in the past 15 seasons to rush for 100 yards in a game.
Vanderbilt coach Robbie Caldwell expects a huge dose of Burton on Saturday when the Gators travel to Nashville to face the Commodores.
“You find yourself hunting him everywhere,'' Caldwell said. “We're trying to get a young man in practice to wear his jersey and line up everywhere, but it's a difficult process. He causes you to be a lot more cautious on the back end because you can't make a mistake, or he'll hurt you quickly.
“He can run the ball and throw the ball. People don't see that as often. We know what he did in high school. He has the ability to do a lot of things. It is very confusing quite frankly [to game-plan for him]."
