Newly-Signed Gator Carlos Omana Featured on Morning Swim Show

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Recently signed Gator and 2011 incoming freshman Carlos Omana (Miami, Fla.) was featured on Friday's edition of Swimming World Magazine's Morning Swim Show. Omana, who broke the 400-yard individual medley meet record by winning gold at the 2010 Speedo Short Course Junior National Championships earlier this month, appeared on the show to discuss his performance at junior nationals, his reasons for choosing Florida and which events he would like to compete in once he arrives in Gainesville next year.
