Florida Women's Basketball Presents Gator Nation Pet Appreciation

Gator fans who would like the opportunity to show off their pets to the rest of Gator Nation now have their chance. The Florida Women's Basketball team invites all Gator fans to participate in Gator Nation Pet Appreciation. This pet appreciation promotion will run through the month of February and culminate at the women's basketball game on Sunday, February 28th when the Gators battle Alabama at 3 PM for Senior Day in the O'Connell Center.
To participate in Gator Nation Pet Appreciation, upload a picture of your favorite pet. Pets may be any type (cat, dog, reptile, etc.) and pictures must be appropriate to share with fans of all ages. Each fan that submits their pet photo by the deadline of Sunday, February 21st will be eligible to win prizes at the women's basketball game on February 28th. All photos submitted will be judged by a panel of University Athletic Association personnel to determine five (5) finalists. The finalists will then be placed back on GatorZone.com for fans to vote on their favorite from February 22nd through February 26th. All five finalists will receive prizes and the grand prize winner will be announced at the game.
Photos submitted by February 21st will be shown on the GatorVision boards during the women's basketball game on February 28th. To win prizes, fans who submitted photos of their pets must be present at the game.
