Former UF Women's Golfer Sandra Gal Makes Cover of Golf Digest Czech Republic

Former University of Florida women's golf team member Sandra Gal was featured on the cover of Golf Digest Czech Republic this month.
Gal, who golfed for the Orange and Blue from 2004-07, is currently a member of the LPGA Tour. She finished 46th on LPGA 2009 money list (second year playing on the LPGA tour) and ranked 72nd on Rolex Worldwide Ranking. In 2009, Gal posted two top-10 finishes, nine top-20 finishes and made 17 of 22 cuts.
While at Florida, Gal claimed three individual tournament titles, including back-to-back wins at the SunTrust Gator Women's Golf Invitational. She also won in a playoff at the 2007 Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Classic before turning professional. Gal was a three-time All-American at UF and still owns the school record for the top season stroke average (72.69, 2006-07).
